As our new intern in Customer Interaction, you’ll work closely with our Customer Service and Operations team to ensure an excellent customer experience. You support our customer service team and will also look for opportunities for improvement and optimisation. You like to work in a young, diverse team and are hands-on, practical, and analytical.

We are now looking for a Customer Interaction Intern located in Germany to add to our team.
Take care of BlueMovement customers' requests in a hands-on and direct manner.
Interact with our customers via different channels like e-mail or chat.
Generate and share insights about BlueMovement customers.
Collaborate with our 1st Level Support to further increase service quality and customer satisfaction.
University-level study in communications, business administration, customer service, hospitality, tourism or similar.
Experience in direct customer contact, on- or offline.
Familiar with social media tools.
German mother tongue and fluent in English.
Easily connect with new people.
