As our new working student in Customer Interaction, you’ll work closely with our Customer Service and Operations team to ensure an excellent customer experience. You support our customer service team and will also look for opportunities for improvement and optimisation. You like to work in a young, diverse team and are hands-on, practical, and analytical.

BlueMovement is a fast-growing service: a start-up within BSH, offering affordable subscriptions on sustainable household appliances. Our team consists of hard-working, ambitious and dedicated people based in both Germany and the Netherlands. We are always looking for talented people to join our team.

We are now looking for a Working Student Customer Interaction located in Germany to add to our team.

Your activities

  • Take care of BlueMovement customers' requests in a hands-on and direct manner.

  • Support the corporate startup BlueMovement to grow and be part of the sustainable movement.

  • Interact with customers via different tools and social media channels.

  • Generate and share insights about BlueMovement customers.


  • University-level study in communications, business administration, customer service, hospitality, marketing or similar.

  • Experience in direct customer contact, on- or offline.

  • Familiar with social media tools.

  • German mother tongue and fluent in English.

  • Easily connect with new people.
