In the manual, which you will receive, you can read exactly how and how often you need to descale the machine and how to install or replace the water filter. A detailed explanation with videos can be found on the blog: Siemens coffee machine maintenance (only in Dutch). Additionally, we provide everything you need to clean and maintain the coffee machine at no extra cost.

This is included in the care set:

• 10 cleaning tablets

• 3 descaling tablets

• 1 BRITA Intenza water filter

• 1 special cleaning brush for the milk suction hose/pipe

You will receive this set as soon as possible after your order, and then every 3 months. This is based on average usage. Do you use the coffee machine very frequently? Then you will need to clean it more often. You can purchase additional care sets from the Siemens webshop.
