BlueMovement is a fast-growing service: a start-up within BSH, offering affordable subscriptions on sustainable household appliances. In 2021 and after the successful start in The Netherlands, BlueMovement is entering the German market.

Hands-on customer (B2C) issue handling with a focus on supply-chain and payment services.
Ensure smooth operation processes along the customer value chain, across several cloud-based IT systems.
Take over process ownership for single processes, like e.g. appliance refurbishment, stock management, delivery or demand planning.
Drive process improvement projects.
Independently manage day-to-day relationships/communication with external partners (B2B), like e.g. logistics/payment service provider.
Have a MA degree in industrial engineering, business economics or related.
Have more than 3 years of relevant hands-on experience with running consumer-focused operations, while cooperating with external and internal partners.
Have more than 3 years of solid project and process management experience.
Have good business acumen and analytical mind.
Enjoy working in an agile team and embrace the agile principles.
Are outgoing, confident, relate easily to people and have a learning mindset.
Are fluent in German and English.
A fulltime position (unlimited).
