As our Customer Interaction Intern in the Netherlands you will help improve operational processes, maintain customer relations and have room for personal development.
BlueMovement is a fast-growing service: a start-up within BSH, offering affordable subscriptions on sustainable household appliances. In 2021 and after the successful start in The Netherlands, BlueMovement is entering the German market.

Evaluate competitors and best practices from the sector to make recommendations for the service level of BlueMovement.
Offer support to the customer service and daily operations of BlueMovement and define opportunities for improvement and optimalisation.
Evaluate, analyse and define successful content for customer service and how to roll this out to various countries.
Evaluate, analyse and define best practices in regards to language and tone of voice.
Research and evaluate various digital tools that can support the current customer service in efficiency, simplicity and automation.
Are customer oriented, pro-active and stress proof.
Are an independent worker, social person and flexible in nature.
Have a Bachelor-degree level of thinking and working, we have a preference for students who are studying Marketing and/or Communication Management.
Have excellent skills in both Dutch and English, written and verbal.
