BlueMovement is a fast-growing service: a start-up within BSH, offering affordable subscriptions on sustainable household appliances. Our team consists of hard-working, ambitious and dedicated people based in both Germany and the Netherlands. We are always looking for talented people to join our team.

We are now looking for a Marketing & Customer Experience Intern located in the Netherlands to add to our team.

Your activities

  • Evaluating the competitor landscape and its best practices to come to recommendations on the service level of BlueMovement.

  • Supporting customer service and the daily operations of BlueMovement and defining improvements and opportunities.

  • Evaluating, analysing and defining successful customer service content and how to make this scalable to various countries.

  • Evaluating, analysing and defining best practices in the use of language and tone of voice.

  • Conducting research into digital tools to further support the current customer service and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and automation.

You

  • Are customer-oriented, pro-active and can handle stressful situations.

  • Are an independent worker, social by nature and with a positive, flexible work attitude.

  • Are studying on an HBO level, with a preference for management, marketing, or communication.

  • Are excellent in both Dutch and English: verbally and in writing.
