We are now looking for a Marketing & Customer Experience Intern located in the Netherlands to add to our team.
Evaluating the competitor landscape and its best practices to come to recommendations on the service level of BlueMovement.
Supporting customer service and the daily operations of BlueMovement and defining improvements and opportunities.
Evaluating, analysing and defining successful customer service content and how to make this scalable to various countries.
Evaluating, analysing and defining best practices in the use of language and tone of voice.
Conducting research into digital tools to further support the current customer service and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and automation.
Are customer-oriented, pro-active and can handle stressful situations.
Are an independent worker, social by nature and with a positive, flexible work attitude.
Are studying on an HBO level, with a preference for management, marketing, or communication.
Are excellent in both Dutch and English: verbally and in writing.

An intern fee of €350 ex tax per month on a full-time base.
