Is a refurbished product in perfect condition? Yes, when it comes to performance. The appliance functions exactly as it should. However, it may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches on the exterior. These do not affect how the product works.

1. When we deliver your new order, we can take your old appliance with us. Our Bosch experts inspect the device and give it a second life or recycle the parts.

2. If an appliance can no longer be repaired, our experts repurpose the materials to create something new.

They inspect the appliance thoroughly. What condition is it in? Is its energy consumption still low, or has it increased due to dirty filters or a problem with the fan? Is the electrical system still working properly? And more.

Clean

The appliance is cleaned thoroughly. On the outside, for example, soap and food residue are removed. The inside is also cleaned, including removing lint and dust from filters and eliminating soap buildup.

Repair

Are repairs needed? Our experts take care of them. This significantly extends the lifespan of the appliance.
